The New Adventures Of PP Arnold was released last week and it's a really good album, opening track is Baby Blue but it isn't the same song Dusty recorded.

Karl's post has reminded me of another P P Arnold release which came out in April.

Released by 1960s Records under the title P P Arnold Sings The Hits! Live 67-68, it is a vinyl EP with material from BBC sessions for Top Gear and Saturday Club. The four songs featured are:

The First Cut Is the Deepest
(If You Think You're) Groovy
(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction
Tin Soldier

What caught my attention in the review in Record Collector magazine was that the reviewer mentioned that (If You Think You're) Groovy was performed 'with the support of Dusty Springfield, Madeline Bell and Eddie Phillips'. Phillips had been in the 60s group The Creation and later joined Pat's backing band.

One for completists?
