The album's subtitle would suggest that it wholly material from 1962 and earlier, which is, of course, out of copyright. However, There's A Big Wheel is not out of copyright as it was issued in 1963.
The artwork carries the words 'The Definitive Remastered Edition', a bold, if meaningless claim.
