Does anyone have a favourite outfit of Dusty's? I absolutely adore the dress she wore on The Dating Game. It is certainly something I would wear now [:)]

I wonder what happened to it.. Does anyone know?

I think this is my favorite. I love the color and having been on stage before myself, I know how important that is. Not to mention the glitter factor and how the lights bounce off of the outfit. And the color of the outfit looks great with her hair as well. Though I have always loved Dusty in the basic black suit too. It's classy.

I think she said she adopted the multiple crinoline look to give herself more room between the boys, who tended to crowd her around the single microphone they used.

I read an interview with Dusty and she said she used to wear alot of pink and purple "all the tarty colours", she used to say.
Some of the outfits she wore on the Tom Tones show in the early 70's were lovely. Maxi dresses with some lower cut bodices. Her hairstyles were nice then too.

I love this one. She was still wearing the outfit after coming off stage when I met her. The dress has been worn on several other occasions. Fortunate enough to go backstage 3 nights running,(Yardley in Birmingham).
