Just love imagining Dusty on a Pan Am flight in the 60s --flying first class. I'm a big fan of the new Pan Am TV show. ..anyone else like it?

Maybe Henry Langdon is cleaning out his archives? It seems he is still active, and as you say Carole, the ones he sells aren't "perfect".

I'm loving Pan Am, we've only just started to get the series over here, watched 4 episodes so far. If it's set in the 60's, I'm on to it [:)]

This autographed beer mat is up for sale, but it's the description that's priceless:

"Obtained by my father in law at the Fiesta club in Stockton on Tee's after she performed there, she was with Madeleine Bell at the time. A true soul legend and a lovely woman, she carried my now wife round the bar in her arms."

I noticed this listing on eBay and when I scrolled down it said he would do custom work for $2 US more:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180669854486&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123

So..I ordered three and the whole thing came to less than $25 including shipping from Costa Rica. The frames only fit American and Canadian license plates, but he does motorcycle frames and decals as well.

Yup - that's it. He wanted a pic for his website so I altered my plate a little and sent it to him.

Yes indeedy - stunning is the word I'd use. Although it is interesting that almost fifty years later that image still resonates.

I don't know if the drag queen referance was necessary, but maybe Dusty would'a got a laugh of it.

But only a drag queen would wear this - believe me. No other Dusty impersonator would go there.
