..have just got back from a great weekend , missed those unable to be there but we’re all thinking of you..

..thankyou to everyone for making me so welcome.. it was lovely to see you all, the list is endless, but to all of those I met you are all such lovely Dusty fans - may we all continue to meet on this site, and to share our memories of her..

..I really enjoyed Dusty Day itself, it was all very relaxed and I feel that I met far more "new" people this year and I can only apologise for not being able to remember all the names, I should have written them on my hands.  The performances were all great, Liane Caroll was a revelation, a great singer and she could really hit the keyboard too..

..this is how I feel today, those who went to the weekend are all sad because it’s over and those who couldn’t get there are sad because they missed it, I don’t know which would feel the worst really..

Just coming back to Earth after a really fantastic time .. at Dusty Day!

..Pat looks great! One of those women who get more and more beautiful with age..

..All in all, a fantastic day, ... Nice to meet some fab 'new' (to me) people... and also really nice to get reacquainted with some of my older mates!.. Great big thanks to Simon and his fellow 'organisers' and of course to Jonathan 'Mr. Piano' Cohen..  without whom Dusty Day would not have been the same..

..the Echoes were funny and told some good stories of working with Dusty. We even had The Lana Sisters on the next table to us. How amazing was that..

..this was a great Dusty weekend.. so hard to leave it all behind again..

..thank you especially ..for ..placing the rosemary I grew in my garden in Oz on Dusty's marker for remembrance--it blew me away to see the photos of it there and think that it had travelled half way around the world to be there in my place..

..Liane Carroll Ian Shaw and Simon sang a most beautiful version of Lesley Duncan’s ‘Love Song’, it was absolutely gorgeous..

..thank you to each and every person I met and spoke to, all our forum members, I love you all.. It was a wonderful day, where we made new friends, and deepened existing friendships, and enriched our lives through this..
